PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We work with our customers and the design team to establish budgets and help to provide direction in order to maintain budgets from the initial schematic design phase all the way through to the completion of construction documents.

DESIGN-BUILD
We can work with an owners Architect to produce the necessary electrical construction document package allowing us to incorporate our knowledge of electrical construction in a complete, cost effective way.

DESIGN-ASSIST
We can work with the owners design team providing practical and efficient solutions to problems and offer insight to constructability issues before the documents are released, minimizing future change orders and costly re-design. This helps not only with cost but can also save time, which can be crucial to a tight construction schedule.

ESTIMATING
We have the ability and resources to provide accurate and reliable cost estimates using state of the art estimating system. This method allows us to break the project into components quickly and easily for comparison purposes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have a staff of Project Management professionals that will follow the project from conception through to completion. They are able handle submittal review, material procurement and scheduling, change order cost analysis, project scheduling, owner training and project close-out requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with the General Contractor, design team and owner to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.
